(This is not my traditional tart Florida style key lime pie, this is a creamier, steakhouse dessert version)
For the crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup chopped sliced almonds
1/3 cup sugar
5 tbsp melted butter
For the filing:
28 oz sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup light sour cream
3/4 cup key lime juice
zest from 2 regular limes or 4 key limes
For the topping
1 c heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp sugar
